Bolt is an Estonian mobility company operating in over 500 cities in more than 50 countries in Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America.

I work on improving the ride-hailing experience and cross-domain navigation; design end-to-end flows, mockups and prototypes for iOS and Android apps; support Bolt design system across various business verticals; conduct UX research; collaborate with engineering to control the quality of the outcome, and contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and HQ teams.

It was one of the top 5 online marketplaces in Russia with over 20M active monthly users. I mostly focused on building a trusted community of its customers who could help each other make the best choice by means of user generated content such as ratings, reviews, Q&A, articles and videos. I’ve also launched a design system implemented into several sub-brand products via a component framework.
